Frank Sepes Abs-Olutely Perfect Plan for a Flatter Stomach In 2004, fitness expert and physique model Frank Sepe wrote a book called The Truth: The Only Fitness Book You'll Ever Need. Apparently, it's not the only one, because now he's got a second book, this one focused on that body part that everyone obsesses on — the abs. In any case, Sepe's Abs-Olutely Perfect Plan for a Flatter Stomach will be a welcome addition to your fitness library (which hopefully does contain more than one book). It's written in a friendly, easy-to-read style and is full of advice that is based on both science and common sense.

Sepe cheerfully shoots down just about every myth you've ever heard about the midsection while doling out a program that will really get you the flat stomach you've always wanted. He is a big proponent of sensible exercise routines, fat-burning cardio programs and low-calorie, high-quality diets, and his methods are clearly outlined in the book. You'll find effective exercises, clearly photographed and explained, answers to your questions about abs, and even chapters on the mind-body connection (stress is bad for your six-pack, you know), and a basic, full-body weight training routine for beginners (the rest of your body needs a workout too). There is a chapter on nutrition, and while Sepe doesn't lay out a detailed plan, he discusses healthy eating in plain language.

If you want to get real about getting a great midsection, Frank Sepe's the guy for you. This book sets up abs routines for every level of fitness, whether or not you're a member of a gym. While only around 200 pages long, the Abs-Olutely Perfect Plan for a Flatter Stomach is all muscle and no fat... just like your abs will be if you follow Sepe's advice.
