Who would ever guess that hanging upside down could do so many things for the body and mind? But anybody who has ever spent quality time hanging from an inversion table will rave about the benefits - better back health, enhanced circulation, improved posture, strengthened ligaments, stress relief and more. And studies have shown that inversion tables really can do all these things. Gravity compresses the discs in your back; hanging from an inversion table helps decompress them. Reversing gravity also makes it easier for blood to reach your brain, and helps it exit the lower extremities, helping you to both think better and prevent varicose veins.
