Tighter Assets: 10 Minute Abs

What is it?
A 10-minute ab workout (including a lot of obliques) from Tamilee Webb.
Who is it for?
Advanced beginning to intermediate exercisers - and your abs should already be pretty strong. This workout is really for those who want to maintain their abs, as opposed to someone who is just starting out. You will need an exercise mat.
What to expect:
This 10-minute ab workout is not your usual variation on crunches - fitness expert Tamilee Webb has cooked up some unusual moves to challenge you. Many of the exercises focus on the obliques while using the other ab muscles as stabilizers. You start off on your knees to work each side before lowering to the mat, where you push up, and down from Side Plank. You're also treated to a unique form of crunch - more of a V-sit, really - performed diagonally, with your legs up and out straight. Many of these moves, as you can imagine, are quite challenging! Webb keeps you moving and wrings the most she can out of just 10 minutes. Your abs need to be pretty strong already to perform some of these moves properly - if your midsection isn't already toned, you may risk back strain. Since there is so much oblique work here - an area that not many exercise videos focus on - the experienced exerciser may want to add this workout to the fitness library.
